Kevin Graff, President
Kevin Graff founded Integrity Loan Review, LLC based on his continued desire to support community financial institutions with their loan review and related risk management requirements. Kevin brings almost 20 years of commercial banking experience to the firm. Kevin’s experience also includes 7 years as the Loan Review Service Line Leader at a top 25 accounting and consulting firm. Kevin spent 17 years in banking with his most recent role as a Division Manager for Chase Bank in the Green Bay market.
Kevin is a licensed CPA and has achieved the RMA’s CRC certification. Kevin earned a degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and continued his studies to earn his MBA with an emphasis in accounting.
Kevin presently resides in Green Bay with his wife and children. Kevin enjoys mountain biking, snow boarding, running, biking and time with his family.

Karen Dunn, Senior Analyst
Karen Dunn brings over 30 years of banking experience on both the credit and sales sides of the business with an emphasis in commercial lending and credit administration. She has held positions as Commercial Lender, Senior Commercial Lender, Chief Credit Officer, Senior Management Team and Retail Bank Manager.
Karen’s banking experience includes both community banks along with a large national bank. Most recently, Karen served as the Chief Credit Officer for a $350 million-dollar bank.
Karen’s responsibilities as chief credit officer included implementation and oversight of all credit policies, loan operations and loan servicing departments and managing a team of credit analysts. Karen led a team to conduct due diligence and successfully completed a bank acquisition and integration.
As a Senior Lender, Karen managed a team of professionals accountable for the growth of the bank. In addition, she was responsible for administration of the Watch List, managed classified credits, and oversaw loan workouts. She ensured that all policies and procedures for calculating the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses were well designed and operated according to internal and industry standards.
Karen received her degree in finance from Viterbo University and has successfully completed many hours of banking related seminars and webinars.
Karen serves and has served on numerous non-profit boards including: Coulee Region Business Incubator – Past Chair; Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board -Past Chair; University of Wisconsin La Crosse, School of Business Advisory Board; City of La Crosse Redevelopment Authority – current board member.

Rob Eifel, Consultant
Rob has over 20 years in the banking industry working in commercial, real estate and agricultural lending and commercial credit analysis. He has held the positions of commercial lender, senior credit analyst and chief credit officer. Rob has worked primarily for financial institutions throughout his career. He spent 20 years combined working for The National Bank & Trust (now First Midwest Bank) and Resource Bank.
Rob’s responsibilities as chief credit officer included implementation and oversight of all credit policies, loan operations and loan servicing departments and managing a team of credit analysts.
Rob previously worked for several accounting firms specializing in loan review, due diligence and asset validation. He recommended best practice solutions related to initial underwriting, portfolio & problem loan management, credit administration, appraisal processes and regulatory compliance.
Rob has served as a subject matter expert for Risk Management Association’s Credit Skills Certificate Series and as a guest lecturer at Northern Illinois University, Department of Finance.
Rob earned a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University. He has completed numerous coursework through the Appraisal Institute and Risk Management Association.
